Shipping

What are your shipping rates for shipping within the U.S.?

We offer free shipping on orders over $45 with code FREESHIP. A flat rate of $5 shipping fee will be applied for all other orders.

How long does shipping take within the U.S.?

All orders are shipped via USPS first class ground shipping and will be received within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the tracking numbers.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, our treats are only available in the U.S. and we are unable to ship outside of the U.S.

What is your shipping policy?

Once a package has been shipped, it is beyond our control. If a package is returned to us because the wrong address is entered you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

What if my treats are damaged during shipping?

Should your order arrive damaged, please send us a photo and your order number to info@shoplucapets.com within 48 hours. These are handled on a case-by-case basis but we will do our best to resolve them. Since we rely on shipping companies to ship our products, we do not have control over minor damage.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Contact us at info@shoplucapets.com with information and your order number.
